Activity: MyFitness trainings (within 2 years: 253hrs)

In addition to physically improving my performances I also decided to become a trainer and participated in LesMills BodyJam initial training in January 2016. 

Each workout lasts for 1 hour
Cardio/strength - group training
Gym: individual (approx. 1-1.5 hrs)
